2024-05-25	Ri*****	Had to logout/in. Works fine now. Thx! -- Update 25-05-24 Hi Dev, Thanks for message. In the app it shows Welcome and then the kind of MM device I can content. However, I did got a call from MM, because bike it's in for maintenance. So it seems to still have the underlying connection, just not the feedback in app. Will reconnect soon and post an updat. ------ Installed MM 7 four days ago. Somehow, today, the connection is terminated. Have to connect fob, box and phone again sometime soon..

2024-05-14	Ro*****	So far it's a two, and that's assuming I will get support. App is buggy. Message us option, after app restart, has for no reason relocated out of Help section to a second (why two?), almost empty Settings screen that you can only come across by accident (Device menu, top-right side profile icon that doesn't take you to profile, About section). Device is not connecting to GSM network and is thus so far quite useless. 10 minute setup is very far from true in my experience.

2024-04-24	Pe*****	Another successful year with the most excellent Monimoto tracking system, the App is brilliant to use, its keeping my bike monitored, located, and informs me of any un-authorised movement. It even let's me know if a battery requires changing, a full year and still working fine. Add to this, the reasonable purchase price, and Sim annual cost. Its just a perfect resolve. Thank you.

2023-09-03	Al*****	I'm a new user and I did have a little trouble getting the app to pair with the tracker, but I was able to get help very quickly by emailing the support email address. I tested the tracker according to the instructions in the user's manual (google search that to find it) and it appears to work as advertised.

Got this monimoto 7 ,and all I can say is that customer service is top notch with almost instant response, haven't seen that quickly before,the device took minutes to set up ,absolutely zero issues,I even put my bike up on a work stand and boom! Instant alert and messages ,overall this tracker by far top notch,thank you monimoto!!!

2023-07-11	D *****	Stopping getting the regular daily alerts after a couple of months. Then the battery in the unit died and needed to be changed. But now with no battery the day after the subscription lapsed I get a "lost contact" notification daily. Also it doesn't fit under my seat.

2023-07-07	Ro*****	Unfortunately it was hard to maintain a connection with the Hardware, which in the end then was one reason why the hardware was not running when my bike got stolen. All in all it is a good system, however not recommended in scenarios where you lose connection often e.g., with underground parking.

It was difficult to get things working, and when I sent a message to support, I got a notification the next day that my message had been replied to, but when I tapped the notification it just brought me to the main page of the app, so I never saw the reply. There is no way to access previous support conversations in the app that I have seen, and nothing was sent to my email.

I was having trouble with an older device and the staff responded quickly and came with a working sollution! Very helpful and friendly staff who are going above and beyond to provide the best support! 10/10, would recommend to everyone!

The customer support are super fast responsive and will not let it you go until they have dealt with any issue you may have. Will be buying more devices and continuing to support this company as they deserve it plus their products are perfect for what I need also. Liuka was especially helpful
