Products are subject to evaluation, approval, and current policies.

- Payment terms: from 6 to 60 months.

- Minimum loan amount: ₡10,000.00.

- Maximum loan amount: ₡20,000,000.00; depending on the client's credit profile and financial plan.

- Maximum Annual Interest Rate: The maximum annual interest rate, according to the Central Bank of Costa Rica (BCCR), is 36.27% for loans in colones and 30.39% for loans in dollars, when the amount exceeds ₡693,300.00. The maximum annual interest rate for microloans (less than ₡693,300.00) is 51.21% in colones and 43.03% for loans in dollars. All our interest rates comply with current regulations, but specific conditions vary depending on the client's credit profile, the product, and the selected term.

- Fees: Administrative charges and other associated costs may apply depending on the product.

- Representative example: For a loan of ₡500,000.00 over 24 months, the approximate monthly payment would be ₡33,925.00, for a total approximate cost of ₡814,200.00, including principal, interest, and applicable fees.
