TimeKeeper — Time Tracking That Just Works

Track work time from the field with the native TimeKeeper app for Android. Sign in with your organization account, pick your workspace, and clock time with a simple timer and recent entries—built for people who are away from a desk.

FOR TIMEKEEPER CUSTOMERS
This app works with your existing TimeKeeper organization. Your admin enables features such as projects, tasks, clients, tags, and GPS tracking. Need an account? Contact your organization or visit timekeeper.moneypennysolutions.com.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Start and stop a timer; see recent time entries
• Add descriptions and link work to projects (and tasks, clients, or tags when your org uses them)
• Edit or delete your entries
• Switch between organizations you belong to
• See your organization's branding and colors in the app

WORKS OFFLINE
Load projects and entries while you have a connection. If you lose signal, keep working—changes queue and sync when you're back online. Smart project and task pickers surface your recent choices when you're back on site.

OPTIONAL GPS & FIELD FEATURES (WHEN YOUR ORG ENABLES THEM)
• Location when you start, stop, or save a time entry—for verification, not advertising
• Live map of your own position and route while your timer runs (when your workspace enables continuous recording and you grant location permission)
• Review past entries on a map with numbered stops and your recorded journey
• Local reminders when you arrive at or leave configured job sites—so you remember to clock on or off. Tap a reminder to open the timer with the site pre-filled
• Location is not used for 24/7 tracking. Route recording and live map apply while you're clocked in; job-site monitoring sends reminders to your phone only

REMINDERS
Set a timer reminder in your user preferences so you get a local notification if a timer runs longer than you expect.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE MOBILE APP
Management, billing, reports, and timesheet approval stay on the TimeKeeper web app. Admins who need billing can use "Manage subscription on the web" on the Account screen—that opens the website in your browser. There are no purchase screens or upgrade prompts in the app.
