Payli Portal

Payli Portal is the app for your employer's payroll administration. You log in with the email address you received from them and view everything related to your own salary.

WHAT YOU DO WITH IT

• View, save, or forward your payslip — including last year's
• Retrieve your annual statement whenever you need it
• Request leave and see how many days you have left
• Report sick, even for a day that is already underway
• Photograph a receipt and submit it immediately as a claim
• Clock in and out, and view your schedule
• Receive a notification as soon as your payslip is ready or a decision has been made regarding your leave

EVEN WITHOUT CONNECTION

A warehouse, a construction site, on the road: there isn't always a signal. If you clock in without a connection, the app saves the time you did so and forwards it as soon as you have coverage again. Your hours are accurate, even if the network was down for a moment. FOR MANAGERS

Anyone in charge of a team sees in a single list what is awaiting their decision: leave requests and expense claims, including name and amount. Approval or rejection can be done immediately via a notification. And the calendar shows who is away today.

IN THREE LANGUAGES

Dutch, English, and Spanish. The app follows your phone's language, and you can switch it yourself.

YOUR DATA

What you see comes directly from your employer's records; there is no second copy that could get out of sync. Payslips are not stored on your device: you open them and choose whether to save them. You can lock the app with your fingerprint or face.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

This app is for employees of a company that uses Payli. You cannot create an account with it, and there is nothing to purchase — your employer grants you access. The payroll administration itself (payroll cycles, declarations, reports) is handled in the web version. Payli was created for Suriname and tracks payroll tax, AOV, FVO, and the APF pension.
