The Monal Group

I placed my order through the Monal app, but the restaurant did not even start preparing it until I called them 40 minutes later. They clearly are not using the app properly to receive and process orders. After I called, the helpline kept making excuses "order will reach in 5 minutes," then "in 10 minutes," promising to check and call back, but no one ever called back. When I finally got the rider's number, he said the same thing: "will reach in 10 minutes." My order took almost 2 hours
