2024-10-15	Er*****	Won't connect the device to the wifi even after doing the troubleshooting and emailing the company and following their directions it still won't connect. Also company set up a time to call and never did and when they rescheduled they just repeated the useless troubleshooting that's on the website. Doesn't work and no one at the email has anything to say except try restarting everything again

2024-10-15	Am*****	App gets hung up when connecting to wifi. I see the air mini+ on my router, but the molekule app keeps clocking on the 'connect to wifi' page. Even more affordable devices have better app functionality... Response - It's not the wifi. As I said, the device is connected to my network (2.4ghz only). The app won't finish adding the unit. App keeps clocking.

2024-08-21	Ab*****	Bought the air mini + and the app will not go ahead from the connect to wifi screen. The wifi is connected to the device as my router notified me, but the app keeps spinning. I've tried uninstalling the app, deleted cache, redone the setup multiple times, but it just won't tell me that the device is connected. Any workarounds?

2024-07-26	EJ*****	Why is the app so terrible? It rarely works. I've had the air mini for years, and the app has worked twice for me. I love the air mini, but hate your app. Why, even after updates, is it so terrible? It always says no internet connection, no matter what I do, then it just gets stuck on a loading screen, forcing you out of the app and into the same cycle over and over.

2022-11-13	Je*****	The app worked great till they patched it last year. Whatever they did, I can't even connect to the purifier anymore. Shouldn't have paid the extra money for the capability that won't even work. Nov 13, 2022 I have the latest updates hoping it'll fix connectivity. If course it makes it more broken and even with subscription the filters are now almost double when I first bought the stupid purifier. The only thing the app is good at doing is harassing me to subscribe to get new filters.

Poor connectivity with the device(s), and a poor interface. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to start up, if it even does, and often just shows a loading screen. My advice? Hire a competent coder and designer. Create an entirely new app, and phase this one out. This one is irredeemable, and singlehandedly sours my experience with this company.

2022-05-22	Sa*****	I have yet, after several months of trying, been able to get the air purifiers to connect to my phone/app. even though it says they're connected, I cannot control them from my phone. Additionally, I can't schedule automatic filter refills because they were previously owned. even though the previous owner has deregistered them and even talked to a rep. Very dissatisfied with the app. The air purifiers themselves, I like.

The app does not connect to the air filter, then work around is to use wifi connection to the device, and then through the connection to air filter connect to your wifi! Not best practices for security. Once connected it still loses connection and app can't connect again. Stuck with this P.O.S. app because I bought the machines. I regret all of it. Sad.

When entering in the correct password to connect a Molekule Pro, it NEVER connects to Wi-Fi even when there are no other devices connected and a high speed connection is available. This has been happening for 6 months ever since I bought the purifier. I should have bought the Dyson. Cleans the air superbly though!

Using Pixel w/ latest Android. The app just shows a spinning cursor for hours. Worse app ever. Refuse to pair with Molekule device. I can pair with the phone but not through the app. Getting a message that it can't find the device every time. Even if the phone itself pairs with the device the app still doesn't recognize it. It's useless!
