User Reviews

early days, but I love the sound of the soothing narration. and you really get the impression the developers have experienced some kind of past experiences relevant to our ( addict to opiate pain medication, in my case) traumas and emotional pain. We still need a warm blanket that covers us, when we need that experience. love I do tonight. I have sugar binged most of the day. I do not have bulimia, although I'm sure this would work well for eating disorders/ problem with food etc.

I use this app daily to track my mood. It's excellent to be able to look back and see how I've been feeling and record any trends. I set myself weekly challenges and check them off when completed. There is also a whole 12 session recovery programme which is easy to follow and a toolbox where I make note of my anchor points (things I really value in life) which I use to motivate me when things get tough. I highly recommend this app for anyone, its easy to use and I love the daily motivation quote
