Radarska Padavine Dež /Rain SI

Improved version of Radarska Slika Padavin Widget. Allows better control of speed, cropping, zoom and animation range.
The application was primarily developed to display an animation of a precipitation radar image in the form of a widget. A simple regular application has also been added, where you can control the speed, cropping and animation range.

Adding a widget to the home screen varies depending on the phone model or version of the Android operating system. Regardless, the procedure is usually as follows:
(1) long press on the home screen;
(2) select add widgets (widgets);
(3) drag the Precipitation Radar Image widget from the list to the home screen;
(4) enter the initial widget settings.

The regular application contains ads in the bottom menu bar. Ads can be removed with an in-app purchase.

The source of the radar image of precipitation animation is the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for the Environment (ARSO):

The Slovenian State Meteorological Service measures precipitation over Slovenia and its immediate surroundings with two weather radars at Lisca and Pasja ravina. The composite radar image shows the distribution and intensity of precipitation measured every 5 minutes. The measurement time is given in UTC; the corresponding official time in Slovenia is one hour (in winter) or two hours (in summer) ahead.
