Moshayed: Construction Manager

Moshayed is considered the first application that specializes in managing construction projects and contracting and building projects. The application provides all the tools necessary to manage projects with high efficiency, increase the productivity of individuals, and provide all project assets and files in one place.

1- Determine the roles of members and take into account the sensitivity of each role
At this point, we have taken into account that each member within the project must have a specific role so that he cannot view files, messages and reports unless they have been shared publicly or permission has been given to him by the project manager to open these materials.

2- The possibility of adding companies
Members can be arranged by adding companies and joining them so that it is easy to identify each member. Financial reports can also be sent in the name of the company.

3- Correspondence between members and opening channels for conversations
Any member can communicate with other company members with ease, specify topics for discussion, and access messages at any time and with ease.

4- Share files and access them easily
Files can be uploaded, downloaded and viewed with ease, and can be accessed through advanced search filters

5- Task management
Tasks can be created and assigned to members and companies, track the progress of the task, and send immediate comments.

6- Create professional schedules
Tasks can be displayed on timesheets and the synchronization and overlap of tasks can be monitored, giving a clear view of the progress of the project.

7- Managing financial reports or summaries
Companies can send financial extracts to the project manager for approval. The project manager can also disburse these extracts or comment on them and know the total cost of the project and the complete financial management.
