"Al-Mahfiz" is a comprehensive Arabic application for managing Quran memorization circles, designed for the realities of the circle:

A mosque that may not have internet access, and limited time between students. Therefore, the application works completely offline, and its data is automatically synchronized with your center whenever a connection is available.

📖 Daily Recitation Record
• Record for each student: what they memorized, from where to where, and their current position — including the surah and verse.

• Distinguish between recitation types: new memorization, recent review, long-term review, consolidation, and recitation.

• Five-level evaluation: Excellent, Very Good, Good, Acceptable, and Repetition.

• The memorization progress is automatically updated upon acceptance, and the next section is suggested — and upon repetition, the student does not advance.

✅ Attendance and Absence
• Present / Late / Excused Absence / Absent, and a "All Present" button to record the circle with a single click.

• Calculated attendance percentage for each student, and a daily reminder at a time you choose (except Friday). 📊 Monitoring and Statistics

• Memorization progress calculated from the actual Quran (114 Surahs, 6236 verses),

and supports two memorization methods: from Surah Al-Baqarah or from Juz' Amma.

• Monthly statistics for the class: number of students, recitations, new memorization, attendance rate.

• Age is automatically calculated from the date of birth, and there is an instant search in the student list.

🏅 Student Motivation
A points system based on assessments and attendance, and an honor roll for the highest-scoring students.

📝 Tests
The teacher nominates students for tests. Applications reach the "Tester" who accepts or rejects them and records the scores out of 100 — the result appears in the student's file.

👨‍👩‍👦 Student and Parent Page
Each student has a private login for viewing only: memorization progress, recitation record, daily attendance, results, and their ranking in the class. No one in this account can edit anything.

📤 Reports and Backups
• Export reports as PDFs or Excel spreadsheets, print them, or share them.

• Ready-made follow-up messages for parents, with a preview before sending.

• Complete backup in a single file, restored by merging, not replacing.

🔄 Synchronization with Your Center (Optional)
If your center has a server, the devices of the memorizers and examiners automatically synchronize their data with it:
Every change is saved locally first and then uploaded when the network is restored. The "Synchronization Status" screen shows what has been uploaded, what is pending, what has encountered difficulties, and the reasons why. And without a server, the app works entirely on your device.

🔒 Your data is yours. Episode data is stored on your device and only leaves it for your center's server if synchronization is enabled.

No ads, no tracking, and no analytics.

The interface is fully Arabic (RTL) and supports font size and screen reader functionality.

Required permissions: Internet and network status (for synchronization only), and notifications (to remind attendees).
