Modumeer ICT is a smartphone-based measurement app that can be used both at information and communications facility inspection sites and in daily life.

With just a mobile phone, you can check RSRP signal status, noise, illuminance, vibration, level, and atmospheric pressure/altitude information, while simultaneously recording measurement locations, site photos, facility names, inspectors, and notes. The app provides radio environment measurements such as RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, and RSSI, as well as measurements of noise, illuminance, vibration, level, and atmospheric pressure. It also offers RF card recognition assistance, site photos, and record management functions.

At home or in the office, you can locate areas with weak mobile phone signals and check brightness and noise levels in study rooms, stores, and offices. On-site, it serves as an auxiliary tool for recording radio environment data, environmental measurements, site photos, facility identification values, and inspection notes during the maintenance, management, and performance inspection of information and communications facilities.

Radio measurement reads actual cell information from the Android device to distinguish and display radio environment values. Values ​​that are not available due to the device or manufacturer's status are displayed as "Unavailable" instead of an arbitrary number. Environmental measurement utilizes the Android microphone and sensors, and noise is designed to display an estimated dB(A) value only when compared against a reference sound pressure meter.

Measurement records can be organized by site and facility, and can be exported in CSV, JSON, TXT, and ZIP formats, making them useful for organizing data before writing reports.
