Pros

Updates introduce new features and improvements (WAVs, OURIIs, etc.) and the Cosmo room is great.
Cosmo room is great and the overall experience is enjoyable.
The app is a favorite/gacha game for many users.
Customer support and help services are appreciated and responsive.

Cons

Spins for new objekts frequently fail with a generic 'there is a problem' message, blocking progression.
Login and verification code problems prevent access.
App crashes, force closes, and lag are common, especially after updates.
Loading splash/first-load bugs cause startup delays or the app to stay stuck on load.
Crypto/NFT involvement and advertising is perceived as deceptive or problematic.

nice app, but I WANT TO SUBSCRIBE FOR THE MEMBERSHIP AND PURCHASE IT BUT I CANNOT.. it always says like "Failed to load the page, refresh again." App is extremely slow to load. Process to being able to trade any brought Objekts can take 30 minutes and the trade transaction can take over an hour! Also this update now allows users to trade objekts that have been used already for grid functions. This should never been possible. No one even responds to customer support chat when issues like this has been raised for DAYS!!!! I'm like many still waiting for someone to come back with an acknowledgement of all these issues. Terrible update.
