User Reviews

Users appreciate Screen Stream Mirroring Pro for its robust streaming capabilities, especially for gaming and OBS integration, along with useful features like audio streaming and overlays. However, many report frequent crashes, instability, and connectivity issues that disrupt streaming sessions. Problems with internal audio handling and frame drops during gameplay are common. Users also encounter UI glitches and find it problematic that the app requires Google Play Services, limiting offline use. Despite its potential, the app needs stability and usability improvements to better meet user expectations.
Pros
  • Works well for streaming to PC and various platforms like OBS, Twitch, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Offers internal and microphone audio streaming, sometimes saving users money on capture cards.
  • Flexibility with different connection methods like wireless and USB debugging.
  • Good for live streaming games with customizable layouts and front camera overlay.
  • Has useful features such as RTMP settings and timer countdown for stream management.
Cons
  • App crashes or freezes frequently, causing interruptions during streaming or recording.
  • Internal audio streaming doesn't always work as expected, particularly simultaneous audio on both mobile and PC devices.
  • Issues with frame skipping and latency problems during game streaming.
  • User interface problems such as disappearing or non-interactive settings and inconsistent language usage.
  • Lack of offline capability and dependency on Google Play Services, which limits usability on some devices or platforms without Google services.

I've tried dozens of apps trying to cast my screen to my PC and only 1 or 2 worked. But this one, with all it's features, is simply fantastic

Unfortunately, this purchase does not work offline. It needs Google Play Services to be installed, which defeats the purpose of paying the PRO, if I have to remain constrained to the Google Billing. At this point, do not create a separate app, or add a way to validate via code, or else. GrapheneOS user, No Google Services Framework.
