Poor customer service and lack of support
Bikes often in bad condition or not charged
Difficulties ending rides and navigating the app

UI is confusing and not user-friendly

Recent reviews

Horrible service. I was told it wouldn't take more than an hour to get it once I was at the hub, but I was made to wait for more than two hours. All the available Zypps were really dirty and the ones that were slightly better were not available. Finally, after getting my Zypp, I left, but was stuck after less than two kilometres of my journey because both the batteries in the scooty they gave me weren't charged enough. Had to wait almost two hours on the side of the road. Not recommended.

Make simple UI.app is not focused on one thing.. it's trying to achieve multiple thing at same time... Like if you want to invest, rent or buy and etc....work for zypp... This all are different use cases ...this things need it's own app... I only want to get a ride..but it keep pop up... Get work with us..!!!!
