Papertrim: PDF Upload Recipes

Papertrim is a PDF tool built around recipes. A recipe saves a set of rules: the merge order, a page limit to check, a target size, an optional signature (signing is Pro) and a file-name pattern. Run it in one tap and a checklist tells you pass or fail for size, pages, one file and name. The page limit is checked, not enforced: a run over the limit fails the Pages row, and a recipe does not remove pages. Starter recipes are generic examples; set the numbers your own form asks for.

Upload recipes
• Pick a starter recipe or build your own from the rules above
• Run it on your PDFs or photos: merge, compress, sign and rename in one go (signing is Pro)
• In a recipe the sizes 500 KB, 1, 2 and 5 MB are free; your own target size is Pro
• A pass or fail checklist: size, pages, one file, name
• Save a recipe once and run it again next time, as often as you like; running a recipe does not use up your daily merge or split
• One saved recipe is free

PDF tools, up front
• The home screen opens on your tools and recipes, with scanning one tap away
• Merge several PDFs into one, or split a PDF
• Compress a PDF; in the Compress tool the basic preset is free and Pro lets you type your own target size in KB or MB
• Draw your signature, place it on the page and keep it saved for next time (Pro)

Scan paper to PDF
• Scan with your camera; the page edges are found for you
• Import from your gallery or files
• Adjust the edges, then rotate, reorder and delete pages
• There is no scan limit and no watermark on any export
• The first scan needs an internet connection once, to fetch Google's document scanner

Share and keep
• Export as PDF or JPG
• Share with any app, or save to a folder on your phone
• Your library lives on your phone: rename, search and delete documents
• Your library, exports and imports work offline

What is free, what is Pro
Free: scanning, importing, page editing, PDF and JPG export, sharing, your library, the three starter recipes, one saved recipe (with the 500 KB, 1, 2 and 5 MB sizes and unlimited runs), one merge or split a day and a basic preset in the Compress tool.

Papertrim Pro adds unlimited saved recipes, your own target size, unlimited merge and split, and the signature tool. Choose yearly (with a 7-day free trial), monthly or a one-time lifetime purchase. There is no weekly plan. Scanning does not need Pro.

On your device
Your scans, PDFs and recipes stay on your device until you share them, and we do not receive them. Usage statistics and crash reports help us fix bugs and improve the app. They are not linked to your name or an account, and each has its own switch in Settings. Where the law asks for permission, each stays off until you allow it.

Subscription details
Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and vary by region. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play (profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions); cancel a free trial before it ends and you will not be charged. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
