Booked a taxi through the app and said £5.80 fixed and was charged £6.70 by the driver I paid with my last £10 note I had in me in cash (in a dark taxi late at night) to be given £2.10 change when in face I should of had £4.20 change every time I use there taxis this happens DRIVERS ARE BLATANTLY STEALING RROM CUSTOMERS check your change this happens every time so I can't just be a mistake if happens that often absolute joke of a company I wouldn't even be giving one star if I had the option

I don't know what happened to this once reliable company, not for the first time a complete no show, last time they just cancelled the cab with no notice! Look for a smaller local company, I'm sure they will value your custom more.
