Dominant themes across reviews are login/authentication problems and frequent logouts, dining/reservation issues with bookings not functioning, and general instability after updates. Recent reviews

Two major issues with the app.. 1) Does not permit guests to book their one pre-arrival dinner reservarion. Resort staff is well aware and admits "it just doesn't work." 2) Does not allow the user to access the GINA chat function before check-in or after check-out, despite the pop-up that says it will work at 9am on day of check-in until 3pm on day of check-out. I received responses from staff after check-out but before 3pm, and had no way to access them.
