2025-01-12	Bj*****	Algemene functionaliteit ok, al duurt het soms vrij lang om NMBS tickets te activeren. Waar de app zwaar tekort schiet is Cambio. De optie om de auto te openen en af te sluiten is bij veel voertuigen niet beschikbaar, waardoor je telkens naar het callcenter moet bellen. De code van de tankkaart is ook niet beschikbaar, dus je mag weer bellen. De nummerplaat wordt ook niet getoond, waardoor je niet weet welk voertuig gereserveerd is. Dit is helemaal nog niet klaar om uitgerold te worden.

Some (not all) of it: * Use biometrics without asking user permission * UI has resizing and other problems on foldable devices * Staying in "wait state" until force refresh after purchasing ticket * Asking extra information at the moment of purchasing a ticket for DeLijn when the bus is coming. Seriously? * Unconvinient usage of NMBS 10 pass if somebody travels together * Family members don't see budget when buying tickets And more....

2024-12-16	Je*****	Have been using Olympus Mobility for a year now to pay for public transport related to my job. It's been excellent in every way. Intuitive, reliable and responsive. I understand the response times can vary depending on how fast providers like NMBS and De Lijn react, so those minor delays are no problem. What amazes me compared to other apps I've had to use in the past is that this one has never had any bug or hickup. Keep up the good work Olympus!

2024-01-03	du*****	The app seems ok and works fine. The only issue i have for the moment is that if I assign a budget to a family member I cannot change from "prive" to "wettelijk mobiliteitsbudget" and inverse. I also cannot delete family members.

2023-10-18	Ch*****	I have been using the app for over 2 years. It is responsive, simple and the instructions to connect to other services such as Uber are very clear. The support team responds within a short delay and process my refunds accurately. This level of flexibility at my disposal has added a new dimension to my work life that I never knew I needed.
