The Solution Group

The Solution Group has been set up to provide an open and transparent service to the recruitment industry. The biggest negative around recruitment is costs and agencies charging extortionate fees and making huge margins, WE DON’T!

AN OPEN AND TRANSPARENT SERVICE TO THE RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY
We are open from the first conversation and explain full costs and breakdowns of the recruitment process. We also simplify the whole process whilst other agencies over complicate things and put the potential clients off before they have even talked about the requirement.
