I use this ALL the time! I couldn't do my job well without it, honestly. Occasionally it doesn't find what I need through a search alone, but with the address or MLS #, even additional and more specific criteria, I usually get there!

This app doesnt work. Still keeps giving server error no matter what name i put in there. Could not even get past the first stupid automated screen, or click on literally anything. Heard good things about the app but to me it's completely useless if they don't even let you create an account. My wife tried it too and got the same annoying error messages
