2026-04-16	Ja*****	It would be better if it didn't log itself out. There's nothing like trying to fix a client issue and having to log it back in hurriedly. It also likes to go back to the login screen after logging in.

2026-03-28	Mi*****	the actual service is great, the app however drives me insane , constantly signs me out , the sign in process loops constantly, and uninstalling and reinstalling doesnt help because it still remembers your details so trys to sign you in again which starts the loop again.

2026-02-02	Le*****	Function wise it's working, but user experience is awful. Why it just couldn't remember the logins, every now and then would have to go through the cumbersome process to log back in, and it's so easy to fail. It's just annoying and frustrating. You should improve user experience

2025-12-01	An*****	Excellent...5 stars for past years... but in 2025 they did something with trust and notification app, so it become useless! Constantly looping in sign-in cycle on trusted mobile, and I am not lonely with the problem. Support did respond quickly, but can resolve only for a week or two, then problem comes back.

2025-11-21	Ro*****	assign a trusted Mobil device. signs out of said trusted mobiledevice constantly. bugs when trying to sign back in because it's trying to use said trusted device for sign in . no mobile to desktop remote. also full of random bugs . the "security" measures in this app are horrible and maddening!

2025-10-24	*****	Instead of having a disclaimer on the app that the free version has been discontinued, you just get a prompt to enter in your Instance Name with zero other information. After spending an hour reinstalling, searching, and configuring the app and Windows program I finally found a forum post regarding this. Value your customers a little more.
