Jobworks HQ

Jobworks is the field app for mobile mechanics and the dispatchers who send them out.

It is a work tool, issued by an employer to its own staff. There is no public sign-up: your office creates your account and invites you.

YOUR DAY, IN ORDER
See the jobs assigned to you, in the order you'll drive them. Tap a job for the customer, the vehicle, the address, the history, and what the office already promised. Navigate straight there. Move a job, mark yourself on the way, and dispatch sees it immediately.

QUOTE IT WHERE YOU'RE STANDING
Build an estimate at the vehicle with a searchable repair and parts catalog. Show the customer, let them approve and sign on your phone, and it becomes a job — no phone call back to the office, no waiting.

INSPECT AND SHOW YOUR WORK
Run a digital vehicle inspection or a pre-purchase inspection from a template. Photograph what you find, rate it, and send the customer a report they can actually read. Photos and videos attach to the job and upload in the background when you have a signal.

FINISH THE JOB ON SITE
Line items, parts and labor, notes, and an invoice the customer can pay before you leave — card by secure payment link, or cash and check recorded on the spot. Everything lands in the office instantly.

SCAN, DON'T TYPE
Scan a VIN barcode to pull the vehicle in. Photograph a driver's license during onboarding instead of typing it.

TALK TO THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT GIVING OUT YOUR NUMBER
Call and text through the app. The customer sees a work number, not your cell. The whole thread stays on the job so the next person knows what was said.

DISPATCH KNOWS WHERE YOU ARE — ON WORKING DAYS, IN WORKING HOURS
On days you have a scheduled job, Jobworks shares your location with your dispatcher between 8am and 7pm so work can be routed to whoever is closest and the customer gets an honest arrival time. Outside those hours, and on days with nothing scheduled, it collects no location at all. Android shows a permanent notification the whole time it is on.

BUILT FOR BAD SIGNAL
Work you do in a parking garage or out on a county road is queued and syncs when you're back on data.

Jobworks does not show ads and does not sell your data. Read the full policy at https://app.jobworkshq.com/privacy
