2024-10-03	Aa*****	I bought a phone and within 2 months the cameras have become useless due to wobbliness, bas OIS and camera lens patches. Now they're saying it is not covered under warranty even though I had specifically asked about situations like this before purchasing and I was informed back then that warranty covers everything just like the brand does but for a shorter period of time i.e. 6 months. Please don't buy anything from this platform. It's an indirect scam.

2024-04-06	Na*****	They fool customers by showing higher prices on their app and during pickup of the device, they tell customers there are problems with the device even though there are not any problems with the device and cuts the price to more than half of the actual price shown on the app. They do this purposely to somehow how they can get the device for cheap. Very bad experience 😡🤬. Suggestion - Never agree with them to come far from your pickup location. Actually I want give zero star but no option.
