However, the game suffers from server/region limitations and lag, a grindy prestige system that resets progress, login friction, and some bugs that impact gameplay. Addressing regional servers, easing progression, and stabilizing sign-in and bugs would improve the experience.

Occasional bugs and instability (lag spikes and loot/dungeon issues) that disrupt gameplay.

I was timed out of the discord for showing them they didn't give me my paid transaction. They pocketed my money, and gave me attitude when I just wanted my paid item back. In 2023 they did an update that removed all player transactions... If you're a returning player, you just lost everything. And the process to get it back is being managed by unprofessional individuals who I certainly do not trust with my perosnal data, yet that's what I have to give them to get it fixed... Do not buy anything.
