So this app is introduced for customer to redeem app. Funny the system at cashier cannot check my points and I was asked to install this app because I need to use it to check the points to redeem.. But it does not work and the shop straight away assume it is my internet connection? Awkward app for customer. Now m waiting for it to work since I've made so much purchase over the years but only found out the points can expire.. How do you make the work flow so difficult and not straight forward?

The quantity of stock on the app should have been the same with the shop. Disappointed because I didn't get my device when I really need it. 1 star also given to the service; each branch didn't update each other about their stock. As an overall result, I'd rather buy it directly at the shop than buying it online.

So far so good but there's a misleading product shown. The apps shows the product is available but on the branch itself, they said the run out of stock. Please check and update to avoid misleading and dissapointment to customer.
