• Photos & documentation — Attach images and files so customers and your team can see vehicle condition and work performed.

• Diagnostic reporting — Record and submit diagnostic information tied to the job.

• Schedule coordination — Request reschedules or reassignments when the situation on the road changes.

• Stay updated — Get important updates through notifications so you don’t miss confirmations or changes.

• Secure sign-in — Sign in with your technician account; optional biometric sign-in where supported for faster access when it’s enabled.

MAR Technician is for authorized Mobile Auto Repair technicians. Access is provided by your company; if you need credentials, contact your administrator.
