App works but cannot cast. Casting never actually goes through. Also Fire TV app continues to freeze and crash when watching live.

really confusing !!! Could'nt access the info I was after easily or quickly or in a few instances,not at all !!! Any app needs to be user friendly, this is'nt !!!
