Dong Nai City currently lacks a centralized, unified citizen application platform to connect information between the government and citizens and businesses. Existing interaction channels (public service portal, 1022 hotline, websites, etc.) are fragmented, making it difficult for citizens to access public administrative services.

Therefore, the "Dong Nai City" citizen application was created to digitize and centralize interaction channels between the government and citizens, improve the quality of public administrative services, and serve as an initial foundation for building a "Super App" to comprehensively serve the citizens of Dong Nai City in subsequent stages.
