Application totalement inutile. J’ai pris deux rendez-vous pour la mise en place de mon abonnement d’eau, et aucun des deux n’a été honoré. À chaque fois que je contacte le support, au lieu de résoudre le problème, ils cherchent seulement à cacher la vérité et à donner des excuses. On a vraiment l’impression que rien n’avance sans “payer un dessous-de-table”. Service décevant, manque total de sérieux et absence de transparence. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette application.
