[Introduction to Korean Air Tech Center Commuting]

The Korean Air Tech Center application allows employees of Korean Air Tech Center and partner companies to apply for commuting services and check the location, route, and bus stops of their vehicles (buses) using their smartphones or computers.

This application sends arrival notifications when a designated vehicle enters a designated notification zone, ensuring convenient and safe transportation for passengers.

Furthermore, vehicle operators and managers can monitor vehicle location, check arrival notifications, and check passenger information, helping to optimize operational routes and streamline management.

[Required Service Usage]

※ This service requires installing a dedicated terminal on the vehicle (bus) used for commuting and subscribing to the Korean Air Tech Center Commuting Service. Downloading this application alone is not supported.

[Basic Services]

▶ (User Location Search) Application users can search their current location to find the nearest bus stop.
▶ (Vehicle Location and Information Search) Users can search the location and route of their vehicle. ▶ (Boarding Stop Designation) You can designate your boarding stop to receive notifications for vehicles departing from the previous stop.
▶ (Notification Zone Setting and Push Notifications) You can set a notification zone at any location and receive push notifications when a registered vehicle departs from the previous stop or enters the notification zone.
※ Notifications may be delayed in areas with poor radio reception, such as underground, mountains, or near large buildings.

[Additional Services]

Separate service application or device required.

▶ (QR Boarding Pass) Passenger information can be verified by issuing a QR code boarding pass.

※ Only available for vehicles with a QR reader installed and linked to this service.

[Requested Permissions for App Use]

※ The following permissions are optional, but may cause inconvenience if not granted.

▶ Notifications: Required to receive vehicle arrival notifications and guidance from the route manager. If not granted, you will not receive arrival notifications or guidance.

▶ Location: This function is used to align the center of the map on the main screen to the user's current location. If this function is not enabled, the current location may not be known and the display may be displayed in a random location.
