User Reviews

Reviewers widely find the Mall of America app unhelpful for navigation. The static map lacks labels, legends, store levels, and directions, and the directory often omits store locations or floor numbers. Several users say receipt uploads and rewards codes fail to verify. Others criticize pushy membership upsells, required account creation, and notification requests. Many reviewers say in-mall kiosks, paper maps, or Google Maps work better. A few users have uninstalled the app or advised against paying for it. Multiple reviews mention no strong pros, so the pros list is empty.

This app has little to no point. you select a store and it doesn't tell you what level it is or what number it is so that you can look at the map (also useless) to see where it is. Speaking of map, am I missing something but I don't see a legend or list of the stores so it's not helpful.
