2026-08-13	*****	I got an email beforr my flight that my seat had been upgraded. Not seeing this I had no Idea my old boarding pass was now void. This caused quutr the issue at the airport, focing me to queue for assistsmcd flr 45 mins when there were ticket machines that would otherwise have done the job. It's the lack of awareness frim these companies that we don't (all) live on every app on our phones all day every day.

2026-08-08	Pi*****	check-in repeatedly loses your information when the phone screen moves, when you switch apps and doesn't save individually you have to do them all at once. so you lose everything. once you're on the next screen, it can still lose your information and you have to start over. Save the info. It's not hard.
