MNEMOS, YOUR PERSONAL MEDIA LIBRARY

Stop losing screenshots, reference images, and YouTube videos in endless folders and forgotten tabs. Mnemos is a personal media library made for how you save things, including the photos you select, images from links, and YouTube videos you want to keep. AI analyzes each item, extracts important details, and makes everything searchable later using keywords or natural-language search.

Whether you collect design inspiration, save recipe screenshots, archive tutorial videos, or build a visual research library, Mnemos organizes scattered media into a searchable collection that you manage.

IMPORT THE WAY YOU ALREADY SAVE THINGS

Mnemos offers three ways to add media:

• Photos from your device. Choose specific images from your gallery. Mnemos never scans your entire photo library. Only the photos you explicitly select are imported.

• Image URLs. Paste a link to an online image. Mnemos downloads a copy locally and analyzes it.

• YouTube videos. Paste the video URL. There’s no need to download the video file. Mnemos analyzes the content directly from the link.

Before each import, you can add a personal note if you want. Notes are recommended since they help the AI understand the context and make items easier to find weeks later.

AI ANALYSIS THAT HELPS YOU FIND THINGS

Every item in your library is processed by AI to extract:

• A brief summary of what the image or video contains
• Important keywords and topics
• Search embeddings that support smart discovery

For YouTube videos, Mnemos uses a smart multi-step analysis. This way, you still get useful results even some of the steps fail.

For images, AI vision interprets the visual content and combines it with your notes to yield richer, more accurate search results.

SEARCH YOUR LIBRARY TWO WAYS

• Keyword search. Quick text matching across summaries, keywords, and notes.
• Semantic (AI) search. Switch to AI search and describe what you're looking for in plain language. Mnemos finds related items even when the exact words don't match.

You can browse recent additions and suggested items when you're not actively searching. Open any item for full details, summaries, keywords, and embedded YouTube playback, when applicable.

PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN

Your privacy matters. Mnemos is built on principles that respect your data:

• No full library scanning. We only access photos you manually select.
• Media stays on your device. Local images are stored on your phone within the app. Your original gallery photos are never altered.
• No permanent media storage on our servers. We do not keep your image or video files on our servers. For local photo analysis, a temporary copy may be uploaded briefly for AI processing and deleted immediately after the analysis is complete.
• YouTube videos are never downloaded. We only store the URL and analysis results.
• Secure sign-in. Sign in with Google. Your account data is protected and scoped to you alone.

ACCOUNT DELETION

Want your account and all related data removed? Email us with the subject line "Mnemos - Account Deletion Request" and include your full name, account email, and reason for deletion. We will process verified requests in a reasonable timeframe.

PERMISSIONS

Mnemos requests photo access only when you choose to import from your gallery.
