2024-11-16	Da*****	APP IS USELESS. The selected service center, MITSUBISHI GATEWAY FAIRVIEW, did not follow the booked schedule. There were no email to confirm the booking. They simply said that I, the client's phone line is not reachable. What's the purpose of the app if the scheduled booking was not followed? Perhaps the service center I chose were simply mediocre.

2023-10-17	Ar*****	Poor performance, poor UX, Very inconvenient to use. You have to enter your vehicle details everytime you book a service. So annoying. Sometimes after entering all details of the vehicle, it just suddenly stops working then you'll have to start typing the lengthy required details. And you have to login everytime you use the app. Waste of time.

2023-06-30	Ja*****	Used to be bearable but now very useless application as I cannot book properly. Dealers are not using the app properly because my booking since March has not been closed till now. I created a new vehicle just to be able to book but calendar is only available 1 month from now.

2023-05-11	Da*****	I tried booking a service as a guest. Yet it asks for detailed information like VIN and insurance info. Seriously? No data policy but asking highly specific information. Capture only the data that you need, see data privacy. I have un installed this app.
