Very limiting Texting preferences for kids. Kids like to text a lot. The User preferences are basically nothing. I set the color to grey, because black was too much. Then I thought my daughter would like purple...and it's all over... Can't change the color to anything. Nothing saves. It's just grey now. There's no group title!? Like really... kids cannot change these basic things... yes, I'm monitoring my kids phone, but let's not make it a terrible experience for them.

We utilized this to monitor text messaging. My daughter received multiple phishing text messages via the MMGuardian messaging app. This does nothing to protect your child. (Also, all messages are supposed to be reported to the parent app, and not a single phishing message was reported to my app). When reaching out to customer service, they just refunded me and did nothing to ensure this would not happen to other children. A business that wants money and doesn't care.
