2023-08-11	Bo*****	If you are planning to use this app, you should think about it again.I used 50 points for a chatting section with a doctor. Then I talked about my health problems and symptoms. The section ended in 24 hours and not a single reply. I sent messages to the customer service and again, nothing happened. I guess there will probably some doctors that actually reply you. But from my experience,not all the doctors will reply you. And obviously the customer service will not help you either.
