Moto DR

Moto DR is the dedicated app for Mitsuba Sankowa EDR dash cams. Use it to stream front and rear recordings, play dual-screen video, save backups to your device, seamlessly link files, delete or protect recordings, and adjust device settings like image quality and impact sensitivity. GPS-equipped models (and files backed up to the device) can display driving tracks. The app also provides direct access to user guides and support resources from Mitsuba Sankowa.

Some smartphones and overseas models may experience unstable Wi‑Fi connections or SSID visibility issues due to differing wireless channels. If you have trouble connecting, consult the in-app Troubleshooting Guide under “Guide” or visit the support page: https://www.mskw.co.jp/motorcycle/edr/support/#sp_qa. If problems persist, restart your phone, re-add the EDR access point, or contact the Customer Support Center for further assistance.
