2022-05-07	Ch*****	Watch doesn't connect to the phone app. It say that the watch is still paired with the previous smartphone or the un-pair was not successful. There are also 0 information in the manual or online on how to reset the watch. I bought brand new in a sealed box and I get an error like that. The watch is now completely useless as I can't even edit the date and time or anything at all.. very VERY disappointing
