have to use this for my university and the only option in payment methods is my student card but when I hit set up and go through the log in process it just says an error occurred try again later and gives 0 description as to what the error is

Not sure if it's app side or my side, but the app appears to be completely bricked on my phone, can't add funds or even get support, nothing shows up on those tabs.
