This app is ridiculous. Maintaining the price in store is good. But the 8% maintenance, the expensive delivery plus the fpx gateway we need to pay makes it the same price as FP and Grab. No difference at all lol. Just as bad as its app.

the ui is terrible, no cash option, the whatsapp is just not direct to whatsapp app link, difficult to direct contact with the vendor or rider, difficult to give optional message because sometimes they still not reading. worst app ever misi 👎

Need more improvement with the apps. I always have to install and uninstall it everytime i want to use because it always turn out blank when i open the apps. Initiative is good but execution is bad.

I installed to support and try to use Misi delivery service. But the app cannot even open. Just stuck at blank white screen.

After downloading I top up the e wallet for my first purchase. Since there are some charges involved I top up about RM50 extra for future use. After the first order, when I open the app again with "zero" balance. Tried e mail but didn't go through. Please assist
