2024-12-27	Ma*****	Yet another app. Why can't it just be one app for the entire country? Why do I have to pay a convience fee? I don't pay a convience fee for cash or cards so why the app? It isn't really that convient at all it is quite a lot of faff every tine I park I have download yet another app. Enter all my details again. Check with the bank app. They painful very terrible app.

2024-09-07	De*****	Unable to use GPay or Apple pay, dispute signage saying otherwise. Inputting all your card friend is the only option to pay and don't carry a card. 1 star as couldn't park, not apps issue but there is no other option to pay now other than the app at parking locations.

2024-09-02	Ma*****	Absolutely useless. Went through the hassle of downloading the app, approving the payment via my banking app, only for the payment not to be taken resulting in a PCN for £25. Will be challenging the charge and will be be submitting a formal complaint.

2024-08-16	Ti*****	Due to a very poor signal in North Norfolk this app was unusable, so having to pay for parking via card. This app worked well where there was a signal available, so very hit and miss. Very frustrating situation due to poor or lack of internet service in North Norfolk on the part of my network provider. Found this app worked well when there was a good signal available. Remember these parking apps are dependent on recieving a good signal to work properly.

2024-07-29	Ka*****	terrible app. Ringo far, far better. This one doesn't remember your car or any payment details "to protect your privacy ". Most of the time there's no signal nearby, the app crashes frequently and it's difficult to find your location on the app.

2023-09-02	Pe*****	Why put a wifi option in an area that suffers badly with WIFI. It took me 20 minutes to pay and I got close a couple of times then it crashed. Each time I ended up being charged a different price. Maybe it's because of this problem that they don't offer card payments.... Gotcha

2023-05-15	jh*****	Convient when it works! I used this service the other day to park overnight. I come back in the morning to see a ticket and have seen that the app never even took my money even though i comepleted all the steps! I now have to pay a fine for something that wasnt my fault.

2023-05-11	Ma*****	Absolute joke of an app. Took over 15 minutes from entering carpark to sort payment out as app kept crashing. Wanted to extend by an hour but once again app kept crashing after an hour of trying. Tried to extend via text message after receiving a reminder message, "send EXTEND to 61600" done that at a cost, received another message going on about "send text saying PARK" which I did at another cost, then received another text saying payment couldn't be made, by this time I was back car.
