At Nutricion ABC we are a team of nutritionists who care about you. We do not believe in diets or magic solutions, because they do not exist, we believe in a good education and a personalized base that helps each patient have a solid base to know and make good choices that suit their health. This app is made for our patients in order to have access to their personal information, nutrition plans and to have practical tools to bring better nutrition. In it you will find the following:
* Daily count of the portions of the personal nutrition plan according to the list of exchanges
* Food Diary to enter them for meal times
* Anthropometric measurements of body composition
* Food exchange list, updated with more than 1500 products from the Costa Rican market
* Cookbook with easy and practical options, in addition to your exchanges
* Graphics of your progress according to body composition measurements
