2024-11-05	Ma*****	Was great to monitor temp and humidity levels, as well as getting notifications when a smoke or CO2 alarm went off in my home while away. I don't host my place to others so the noise monitoring feature was no use for me, now can't use the thing without buying an expensive fee each month. limits your market now as why should the average homeowner need to buy this thing! Its going to the garbage as I don't want to pay the expensive monthly fee they recently added to this Minut monitoring unit

2024-10-27	Ak*****	Old device not working with new software. Support reply: "We don't give support if warranty has expired" Don't waste your money. Edit: 2024 Still the same. Old models are paperweight. This is why we need open source so we dont waste resources. I have 2 units fully working, but as software is not supported I cannot use it.

2024-03-31	Da*****	The device and service are great, unfortunately I can't say the same for the company who handles them: they played a so called dick move, forcing free users (those with only one device) into a paid subscription, which means the hardware became useless without a previously non existing monthly fee. They claimed "cost of servers", there could have been much cleaner solutions.

2023-12-13	Le*****	Was free, now it's 10£/month. I am not using it to monitor an Airbnb, just as a home monitoring device. I don't see why I should shell out that amount. I'd probably pay a couple of quids a month to keep their servers running, but nothing more.

2023-12-04	Mi*****	Very Dissappointed Subscription Fee Bait and Switch- Works well .... they pulled a fast one and doubled the subscription cost from 90 to 180... all I do is recieve a few alerts pet month. It is the worst value in the subscription world.

2023-05-26	ko*****	Bought an expensive minut sensor with the promise that the service will be free. Well that promise was broken. I am not happy. To break your promise is bad bussiness practice. I will be quitting the service and getting something else instead. Not recommended.
