Monthly Fixed Costs is an app that allows you to directly record and manage fixed expenses and subscription payment dates that occur every month or regularly.

You can organize recurring expenses in one place, such as phone bills, insurance premiums, OTT subscriptions, memberships, rentals, regular deliveries, app subscriptions, and free trial end dates. It is designed so that you can manage only the fixed expenses that you must pay every month, without having to input every single expenditure like a complex household ledger.

Monthly Fixed Costs does not integrate with banks, credit cards, text messages, or email. It calculates payment dates and estimated amounts based on items entered directly by the user. It does not automatically determine whether a payment has been made; instead, users manage payments by manually selecting a "completed" or "skipped" status.

It also handles monthly billing dates seamlessly. For example, for payments due on the 31st, if the month does not have 31 days, such as February, the payment is calculated as the last day of that month. The monthly payment calendar allows you to check scheduled amounts and payment counts by date, making it easy to identify when expenses tend to be concentrated within the month.

You can also record the end dates of free trials or discount periods. You can set reminders to ensure you don't miss trial end dates and, if necessary, edit and record the actual payment amount.
