Features & Capabilities

Minou is a private writing space for prose, fanfiction, personal projects, and worldbuilding. Write long chapters with tools for em dashes, bold, italics, dialogue, and scene breaks, then organize each universe with characters, locations, glossaries, and rules shared across canon stories and alternate universes.

Privacy comes first: your writing stays on your device with encryption, no accounts, cloud storage, trackers, AI, or ads. Minou works offline and supports one-tap local backups, customizable visual themes, and exports in plain text, HTML, or Markdown while preserving formatting.

Maybe try to update the language into English?

Gh***** 2026-10-23

Really good for keeping track of things, I just wish there was support for other languages but once you get the hang of it, it's easy... definitely going to be my main tracker for this kinda stuff.
