GGUK - 가고 싶던 곳이 다시 떠오르게, 꾹

Have you ever dug out a restaurant you’ve saved in your Instagram feed?

You saved it, but you don’t know where it is, so when you make plans with a friend, you end up having to open the search bar again. Kook is an app that fills that gap. Just press and save a link, and we’ll automatically organize the location, name, and photo and display them on a map.

■ How to Use It

· Save cafes seen on Instagram with a single share button press

· Create a "Places We Want to Visit" room with a friend and fill it out together

· Receive notifications for your forgotten saved list when passing by

· Check off places you’ve been to and add unvisited spots as potential destinations for your next meeting

■ Key Features

Saving Complete with a Single Link

Simply copy or share the Instagram, blog, or map link, and you’re done. It automatically retrieves and organizes the store name, address, and representative photo. There is no need for manual searching, copying names, or pinning them on a map.

At a Glance on the Map

All your saved locations are displayed on the map. You can instantly check if any of your saved spots are in the neighborhood you’re meeting today or the city you’re traveling to. Each room is marked with a different colored pin, ensuring that "Seongsu Cafes" and "Places to Take Parents" do not get mixed up.

Fill Rooms with Friends
Create a room and invite friends to collect places together. Simply send a link via KakaoTalk to complete the invitation. Since everyone's saved locations are gathered on a single map, conversations starting with "Where should we go?" become shorter when making plans.

· Collect date courses with your partner

· Plan trips with friends

· Create lunch candidate lists with colleagues

· A personal wishlist is enough

Notify You When You're Near
We send you a notification when you pass near a saved location. Because the real problem with saving isn't "not being able to find it," but "forgetting that you saved it." You don't even need to open the app; Kooki will bring it up for you the moment you need it.

※ This feature requires background location permissions and can be turned off at any time.

Build Your Tastes

As your saved locations accumulate, you start to see what kind of places you like. Which neighborhoods do you save frequently, and what kind of spaces appeal to you? Your records become data, and that data helps with your next choices.
■ For These Users

· Those with over 500 saved Instagram posts

· Those who used to manage their restaurant lists via Notepad or by sending them to themselves on KakaoTalk

· Those who constantly ask friends, "Where was that place last time?"

· Those who collect tons of links when planning trips

· Those who want to prepare date itineraries in advance

■ Principles Kooki Follows

We do not require anything other than saving. We do not ask you to rate links, write reviews, or select categories. We designed it so that the single action of pressing and saving a link is sufficient. The app handles the rest of the organization.

Additionally, your saved list is private by default. It is visible only to those you have invited to a room, and you do not have to share it with anyone if you do not wish to. It is a record for you and your loved ones, not a record meant to be shown to others.

■ Permissions Guide

· Location: Used for map display and nearby notifications. Background location is used only for the notification feature for saved locations; even if you deny it, you can still use other features of the app normally.

· Notifications: Delivers nearby notifications and updates on friends joining rooms.

■ Finally

We already have plenty of things stored. The problem is that what we store doesn't come back to us. Kook was created to bridge the gap between saving and visiting.

The experience of actually going to a place you've always wanted to visit. Start with Kook.
