I've done the mining multiple times and have not received any of what I mined when and if it actually go into my account and when the issue is fixed I'll raise it back to 5 star

The app's features is not running smoothly. Worse to say, it's even stagnant now or maybe paused or something. Not running at all, nothing is functioning again, everything is at a standstill. Please do something to rectify this, cause it's making me feel like to uninstall it.
