Diagnose the patient, match tools to cyber-screw shapes, remove parts in the right layer order, and manage a limited screw tray that clears when colors line up. Clean routes earn better stars, while tray combos and Full Tray Fever pay out extra clinic rewards.

Between operations, grow your clinic through upgrades, supplies, case files, and a Daily Patient that gives you a fresh generated repair to solve each day. The tone is weird, bright, and comic: alien patients, neon tools, chunky arcade UI, and no realistic gore.
