Fulgur is a sky-realm in perpetual tempest — drifting cloud-islands, sidelong
silver rain, and beasts that carry the storm in their scales. You hunt them.
You take their materials. You forge better gear. You hunt tougher quarry.

GLINT CHOKE IS A HUNT ABOUT TIMING, NOT TAPPING

Every beast in Fulgur tells you what it is about to do. Its telegraph track
fills toward a discharge. Its charge-core surfaces through the storm-haze in a
window that stays open for a fraction of a beat. Your job is to read that tell
and commit on the beat:

• BAIT to draw the charge on your terms instead of waiting for it.
• INSULATE before the discharge lands — early, while you can still read the
tell. Insulate late and you are only nursing a wound. Insulate too late and
you eat the discharge: the screen bleaches, your footing scatters, your
stamina drains, and your chain resets.
• STRIKE to chip it down between beats.
• CORE-BREAK on the exact frame the core is exposed. Off-frame and the core
seals over and the beast re-charges brighter and faster.

The deepest skill is the chain: ground the quarry with a clean 🧼 early insulate,
then carry that grounding into a core-break for a full part-break. The
grounding is spent on the break, so you must re-insulate to chain again — and
you must do it before it re-charges. Three eaten discharges and you are driven
off the island.

Hunts are graded. Ragged. Grounded. Clean 🧼 ground. Insulator-perfect — a clean
hunt with every part broken. Only clean 🧼 part-breaks mint materials, and the
Forge is the only thing that spends them, so a sloppy hunt costs you the
economy as well as the trophy.

resolve system that ends the hunt if you keep misreading the storm.

entries carry habits, telegraph notes 📝, weakness chains, breakable-part maps,
what they mint, and cross-references to related quarry. Attach a real photo 📸
from your camera 📷 as a field reference on any entry. Load a beast straight into
a hunt from its page.

THE FORGE — 12 blueprints, from Arc Daggers up. Pick a variant, name the
weapon yourself, and spend the materials your clean 🧼 breaks minted. Save 💾 a
branded weapon card to your gallery 🖼️.

THE HUNT SCHOOL — 15 order-gated lessons that teach the actual skill ceiling,
with inline knowledge checks. Some lessons only unlock 🔓 once you have hunted.
