Finish workouts to unlock apps

Finish your workout before going back to distracting apps.

MustFit is a workout routine app that helps you stop delaying exercise by limiting access to selected distracting apps until your routine is completed.

If you often open social media, videos, short-form content, or streaming apps when you should be exercising, MustFit gives you a stronger structure: choose a workout routine, set a workout alarm, select distracting apps, and complete the routine before returning to them.

## Stop delaying workouts

The problem is not always a lack of workout content.

You may already have saved workout videos.
You may already know you should move.
You may already have a home workout plan.

But when it is time to start, another app gets opened first.

MustFit helps reduce that escape route by connecting workout routines with app blocking and alarms.

## Workout routines with app blocking

MustFit is built around a clear rule:

Complete your workout routine before using your selected distracting apps again.

Pick the apps that usually distract you before exercise. During your scheduled workout routine, access to selected apps may be limited until the routine is finished.

This helps turn “I should work out” into “I need to complete this routine first.”

App blocking features may vary depending on device, operating system, permissions, and supported settings.

## Add YouTube workouts

Do not let saved workout videos stay forgotten.

MustFit lets you add a YouTube workout link and turn it into a routine candidate. If the workout is already available, you can open it and add it to your routine. If it needs to be added, you can request it and return when it is ready.

Your workout videos become part of an actual routine with alarms, app blocking, and progress tracking.

## Recommended, public, and personal routines

Start with routines that fit your goal, or create your own.

* Recommended workout routines
* Public routines you can save
* Personal workout routines
* Short home workout routines
* Routine-based workout alarms
* App blocking connected to routines
* Completed session records

Start with 5 minutes. Start with 10 minutes. What matters is finishing the routine.

## Workout alarms that push you to start

MustFit workout alarms help you begin at the time you planned.

Set the day, time, sound, volume, and image for your workout alarm. When it is time to move, MustFit brings you back to your routine instead of letting the plan disappear.

## Track your workout habit

Completed workouts are saved to your record.

* Completed sessions
* Workout calendar
* Weekly summaries
* Monthly summaries
* Daily workout history
* Shareable progress cards

Tracking your progress helps you see that you actually followed through.

## Who MustFit is for

MustFit is made for people who:

* Save workout videos but do not follow them
* Delay workouts because of social media or video apps
* Want to build a short home workout routine
* Need more than a normal reminder
* Want app blocking, workout alarms, routines, and records together
* Want to finish workouts before returning to selected distracting apps

## What makes MustFit different

MustFit is not just a home workout app.
It is not just a habit tracker.
It is not just an alarm app.
It is not a generic app blocker.

MustFit combines workout routines, alarms, app blocking, YouTube workout links, and progress tracking to help you actually finish the routine you planned.

Pick a routine.
Choose distracting apps.
Start when the alarm rings.
Finish your workout.
Unlock your apps.
